WHO i am

I believe we have nothing to lose and everything to gain when we choose to bet on ourselves.

movement has always been a huge outlet in my life

I grew up playing sports and went on to compete in ice hockey and rugby at Colby College, two intense, team-first sports that taught me resilience, leadership, and how to show up especially when it matters most.

I’ve always considered myself an athlete not because I was the fastest or most gifted, but because I was relentless. I learned early on that progress comes from effort, not perfection, and that the strongest people are the ones who keep going.

I coach with intention

I earned my degree in Psychology, and that foundation is at the heart of everything I do as a coach. Fitness is bigger than physical results; it's mindset, confidence, self-belief, and habits that create lasting change.

I don’t just write workouts—I build mental toughness, purpose, and accountability in every session.

For the past eight years, I’ve brought that philosophy to leading fitness communities at top training brands, including: Equinox, TruFusion, Echelon.

but my deepest passion lives in running

It’s where I feel most alive, where I challenge who I am and who I’m becoming. Running has taken me across finish lines and through personal breakthroughs. I've completed three major marathons, and I’m currently training for my first ultramarathon. It's not just about mileage, it's about discovering what’s possible step by step.

I am here to build a community

A community of people who believe in doing hard things, who show up with heart, and who want more from themselves and from life.

I am passionate about helping people train for races and for life, whether one-on-one or in group settings, guiding them to reach their goals and discover their full potential. Because I believe when we move forward with effort, with courage, with purpose we gain strength, clarity, and momentum that carries into every part of who we are.

We don’t just train here. We build who we’re becoming.
